Leadership Discovery Coaching Session for Change Makers

Your wisdom, leadership, and guidance are exactly what someone needs right now—let's figure out what's holding you back so that you can make progress.

Every time you stand up for what’s right—thinking critically, leading with integrity, and cultivating dignity—you create real change.

If you're an ethical and compassionate change-maker who wants to make a difference, if you can’t define what you stand for or articulate why it matters, and if you don't have an efficient method to accomplish your goals, how can you expect others to follow your lead or support your work?

During this discovery session, my intention is to help you pause long enough to take stock of where you are in your life and work, right now. This is how we will be able to help you re-orient your compass so that your next step moves you in the right direction.

There's no template or roadmap for our conversation. However, we can talk about one or all of the following areas to help you gain clarity and come up with creative strategies that you can implement to take immediate steps to solve your current challenge and move forward.

  • As a leader, when you don’t prioritize how you FEEL, it becomes harder to sustain the energy you need to lead with good character and clarity.
  • When you're uncertain about what you KNOW, it's difficult to stand firm in your convictions and lead with confidence.
  • When you haven’t clarified how you THINK—with logic and reasoning—you risk making decisions that feel reactive or misaligned.
  • When you haven’t found your unique VOICE, your message may not resonate or reach the people who need to hear it.
  • When you lack a clear plan and strategy to realize your DREAM, your vision stays out of reach.
  • And when you haven’t discovered your most natural and trustworthy way to LEAD, you struggle to inspire and influence others the way you know you're capable of.
