As The Queer Coach I bring another level of experience and awareness to the work we do together:

An understanding of self-esteem around our bodies as gay men. Many of us have used fitness as THE tool to make us feel better about ourselves, but that’s not what makes us truly happy.

I understand, because I have used working out and building muscle as a way to feel attractive, not just to other men, but to myself.

From this place of understanding, love, and self-care, I will help you take care of your body in a way that will make you feel fabulous about who you are! 🙂

I’ve worked in the health and fitness world for over 15 years prior to becoming The Queer Coach. I am available to help clients in a limited capacity who live in the downtown Toronto area, or virtually with online coaching.

Your Investment

In my coaching I don’t charge for “time elapsed.” I charge for the very real possibility of your goal being accomplished, which would not have been achieved without us working together. We will agree to a framework of how many coaching sessions work best to help you get what you want. Rates range from $1000 and up.

Professional Cooking Instruction & Meal Planning

Cooking in bulk might seem daunting if you’ve never done it before, but that’s where I come in. I’ll show you simple method and strategies to be time-efficient and have fun in your kitchen. 

Your Investment

This service is only available in Toronto. Step one is an initial consultation at your home to assess your kitchen, meal preferences, nutrition and lifestyle needs. We will book the second session for the professional cooking instruction (approx. 4-5 hours). The package rate is $1000.
